Lets Get Walking!
Monitor your steps for 90 Days during our Virtual Walking Challenge
- Wear your pedometer every day from the minute you wake up, until you go to bed at night.
- Register and enter the total number of steps you walk each day.
- Watch yourself progress along your Virtual Map Route and compare your progress to your co-workers. Or, participate as a team, and progress along the map route together to compete against other teams. Teams progress using the average daily steps of each participant.
- Walk the average minimum steps per day* and complete the route in 90 days! Average more than the minimum and complete the route in 90 days or less!
*steps are based on your self-determined level of fitness ability
How to Register:
- Visit www.myequilibriumcoach.com
- Select "sign up here".
- Select "corporate user" and enter the client code provided to you and complete account sign-up steps 1 & 2.
- Complete the Optional Health Screening Form and make sure to select all boxes and initial the Injury Waiver.
Participating as an Individual
Chose this option if you would like to participate in the challenge as an individual.
- Click 'Select this Route' to choose your virtual map route.
- Sign up is Complete! Choose 'click here' to begin the Challenge!
Participating as a Team
Choose this option if you would like to participate in the challenge with a group of 2-10 people. Select a Team Leader to register first and register the team name.
Team leader:
- Select 'Participate as a Team' and enter your team name in the 'Create Team Name' box.
- Click 'Select this Route' to choose your teams virtual map route.
- Team Sign up is complete. Please ensure that all of your teammates are aware of your team name before they register for the challenge.
All other team members:
- Select 'Participate as a Team' and use the 'Join Existing Team' scroll box to find your team's name.
- You are now registered.
Logging in your Steps
- Go to the "Daily Journal" link on the navigation bar.
- Enter the total number of steps for the date indicated by typing in the 'Steps' Box.
- *Enter the total number of calories consumed for the date indicated in the 'Calories in' box.
- *Enter the total number of calories burned in the 'Calories out' box.
*Calorie Data information is optional
How To:
| View all Journal Entries: | Click on 'View Journal' on the top navigation bar. |
| See who is in the lead: | Click on 'Leader board' on the left side of screen. |
| Find calorie data for common foods: | Click on 'Calorie Search' on the top navigation bar. |
| Post messages for all challenge participants: | Click on 'Discussion Board' and register using your email address. |
