Along with weekly workouts, you will also receive a 30-minute phone coaching session, fitness journal and wristwand stretching device.
Recommended for light to moderate exercisers
Not for the faint at heart, this intensive 12 week boot camp will focus on improving core strength, flexibility, strength and overall muscle tone. A complete workout from head to toe with a special emphasis on abs, thighs, arms and low back strengthening. You will receive weekly workouts, two 30 minute coaching sessions, fitness journal, wristwand stretching device and pedometer.
